Terms & Conditions

• Prices are valid until 2013.
• All prices are in South Africa Rand.
• Above rates include breakfast.
• All Guest House prices are per room per night (not per person).
• Single room prices on request.
• Please enquire for specials specifically in winter.
• Children 6 years and older welcome.
• Extra bed for third person sharing in the Guest House surcharge of R 190 per night, including breakfast.
• A deposit of 50% and full credit card details will secure your reservation.  Deposits made to guarantee are non refundable. The balance of accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation is payable.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable
• NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.
• In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds of deposits/ prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet rooms.
• All major credit cards are accepted. 5% surcharge for Diners & Amex cards.
• Please inform us prior to arrival if your flight arrives before 08:00am and after 18:00 pm
• Rooms that are not occupied by 18h00 will be seen as a no-show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
• Please confirm arrival time.

Payment

Payment due on arrival at Villa Sunshine. Visa, Master Card and Cash are welcome. Diners and American Express Card 5% surcharge.
